The Search for the Perfect Bread Pudding
I had found it. The perfect bread pudding. I didn’t even think I liked bread pudding, but this was unbelievable. I, personally, described it as “orgasmic” but some others might call it a “foodgasm or mouthwatering” – whatever you prefer. It was at Via – on Wynkoop and 19th. A hint of peach flavor, made from the yummy squishy bread they serve at Via. And now, it’s clooooooosed. Now it’s a Tavern. Fun for burgers and football game watching. But not bread pudding. Noooooooo.
So here I am again, in search of the perfect bread pudding in Denver – at an establishment that still has open doors. I haven’t found it yet but there are close seconds, and here is where I’ve found them (or wouldn’t recommend the bread pudding but would recommend an alternative!) – check back for updates as I try around town or leave a comment of what you recommend!

- While ChoLon is delicious, their banana bread pudding did not make my mouth water. Their soup dumplings, however, did. Dessert: those spiced donuts (yum!)
